Cria da Quebrada
56% of the Brazilian population is made up of black people, who move trillions in the economy. Despite this, this population does not feel represented in advertising. If reality is sad in front of the cameras, behind them it is even worse. There are only a few black professionals creating and producing communication for brands in the whole country. In most cases, agencies and production companies justify this fact by the difficulty in finding professionals. To help break this cycle, together with University Zumbi dos Palmares, we created Cria da Quebrada. A free program to train creative professionals, exclusive for black people. Its differential is having the expertise of Miami Ad School, one of the most renowned (and expensive) schools in the world, using its methodology, professors and networking. And, to make this possible, Grey invited P&G, which became the master sponsor.
